For the avid adventure seeker, this is the magical time when the seasons blend, creating a playground where anything’s possible. One moment, you’re carving down the last of the spring snow, feeling the crisp mountain air and sun on your face. The next, you’re knee-deep in a mountain stream, casting your line with the hope of landing the day’s big catch. With the trails drying out and the sun shining brighter each day, it’s time to swap your ski boots for hiking boots or mountain bike shoes. The world blurs from white into a vibrant tapestry of green and blue, and our minds fill with the freedom and exhilaration of the next adventure. Real Estate Market Talk

Market Momentum Continues into Summer The Front Range cities like Golden, Boulder, and coveted neighborhoods on the West side of Denver have experienced a bustling spring market, and we anticipate that this momentum will carry into the summer months. In recent times, we've observed a surge in buyers with specific preferences, often displaying a discerning eye for turnkey properties that require minimal work. Such homes are in high demand and are swiftly making their way off the market, with properties typically spending days, not weeks, in the spotlight. While the exact reasons for this trend remain uncertain, whether attributed to prevailing interest rates or evolving buyer experiences, one thing is clear – the appetite for well-maintained, move-in-ready homes is stronger than ever. Just like weather, real estate trends can be challenging to predict! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like assistance planning your next real estate adventure. tucker.volk@campass,...

"If you can't ski fast, just look good! Speed will catch up with your style."  — COACH — In life and in skiing, it's important to remember that in any endeavor, focusing on the process, embracing your unique style, and cultivating kindness and gratitude along the way are key. Just as skiers gain speed with practice, life's goals become attainable when we enjoy the journey and present ourselves well—both inside and out—throughout. Success, like speed, will naturally follow.

Learning to ski with Miss McGee IMAGE Learning to ski with Miss McGee As many of the slopes in the Rocky Mountains are closing, I find myself reflecting on an amazing winter. In particular, the new lessons learned and fresh outlooks gained. My daughter recently turned 4 and has made immense improvements in her ski skills, among many other things. It's incredibly gratifying as a dad to share this experience. I've found that I enjoy skiing greens and watching her learn and persevere more than finding big lines on the edge of the earth. Viewing life through the lens of my children and their little friends within our community has brought terrific new lessons, emphasizing the importance of continued learning, growth, and picking yourself up and dusting off the snow no matter how bad the crash. It's important to be silly whenever you can and find beauty and excitement in the amazing things in our lives, from bugs to birds alike. I'm grateful for my incredible kids, supporti...
